Sheldon Adelson withdrew a $650 million dedication to help develop a stadium in Las Vegas for the Oakland Raiders after becoming frustrated using the team’s overreaching needs and signals that are mixed him during negotiations.

Abboud told the Las Vegas Review-Journal, a magazine owned by his employer, Adelson, that the final straw came if the Raiders took a proposed arena rent agreement to the Las Vegas Stadium authority without informing the Adelsons.
No mention was made by the lease of the Adelsons as a partner, a turn of occasions Abboud describes as ‘stunning.’
‘I’m still racking your brains on exactly what the hell these were thinking,’ Abboud said. ‘Had they told anybody beforehand in the deal anymore,’ if they had shown anybody that is been involved with this technique at all that document, we would have stated, ‘What in the hell are you thinking? that they were going to dump that document, even when they had told us, ‘We don’t desire you”
